Missing
I cannot find my ticket
Check the payment confirmation, spam folder, and account email first. If the order is paid and the QR is still missing, send the order number to support.
Order
Name or email issue
Send the order number, checkout email, and the corrected details. The team can trace the order faster when those details stay together.

Open the large QR before entry and keep screen brightness high. The door team validates the code once; reused or wrong-event codes are rejected.
