How do I get my QR ticket?

After payment is confirmed, the QR ticket is generated by the Euphoria ticket app. Use the same checkout email in your account or open the QR portal with your order details.

Which email should I use?

Use one email for checkout, customer account, and support. That keeps ticket lookup, QR access, and location updates connected.

Where is the location?

For secret-location formats, location details are shown on the event page or sent to ticket holders when the reveal is live. Keep your inbox and spam folder open before the event.

What does sold out or on sale later mean?

Sold out means the current Shopify inventory or sale status is closed. On sale later means the tier is queued and cannot be bought yet.

Can I get a refund?

Refund handling depends on the event status and the order context. Check the refund policy first, then contact support with your order number.
