Entry
Access and QR validation
Entry requires a valid QR ticket for the event, matching the order record. A QR code can be scanned once unless the team manually resolves an issue.
Changes
Event updates
Lineup, schedule, venue, access details, and safety rules may change when required by production, venue, weather, artist, legal, or safety conditions.
Conduct
Respect and safety
Guests must follow venue rules, staff instructions, age restrictions, and the Euphoria code of conduct. Unsafe or abusive behavior can lead to refusal of entry or removal.
